Hello Molly Mormon!
Okay so my dear sweet Grandma was horrified to see the aftermath of my terrible sewing mishap earlier this year. She told me "that sewing machine is just too old and simply won't do". "Yes, yes I know" I told her "but I just can't spend money on a sewing machine, especially since I don't really sew, and I have one that works fine as long as I don't drop it and cause permanent nerve damage to my foot". So she did what Grandma's do best and she went out and bought me the best little sewing machine she could find. It does all sorts of neat little things. Don't anyone be surprised if they get little quilted nic nacs for Christmas this year. I have my first sewing class on Friday...they will be teaching me all sorts of necessesities such as turning it on, threading the needle, putting the pieces together...all that jazz.

Dear Molly(and I don't mean your sister),
That looks like some good hours worth of fun! Maybe you should bring it with you out here, if you can thread it by then, and we can do some fun stuff during your visit. Sorry to hear the damage to your foot was permanent. I guess dropping 50lbs of metal on your foot can have that effect. See ya soon!
Well well well. Jessie's turning into a Molly. Interesting turn of events. Let me know how you like it on "that" side of the fence. lol
How fun! Lucky you!
Wow! Seriously wow! I'm WAY impressed...as I always am with my Jessie!
dude...you'll love sewing! It's actually kinda fun and addicting! can't wait to see what you come up with!
and it was so fun to see you guys yesterday. hope you got home safely (I'm assuming you did b/c you posted) ha. I do wish we lived closer so we could hang more!

Love you!

I'm a little bit jealous. My sweet sweet Mom gave me a sewing machine last christmas and it is still in the box! I'm so intimidated by it! I really wish I knew how to sew...but that would actually require the learning curve that I'm not so good at sticking it out. That's why I don't play the piano, or sing, or bake, etc...I guess what I'm saying is that I'm so far from being "Molly" that it hurts!
Good luck in your sewing class and I'll expect you to teach me all you learn soon. I'm not kidding. I'm ready to open the box!
